New Short Story
Publication Press Release
I don’t know if this is correct to post here. I daresay if it isn’t, I’ll hear it.
So, here is the press release:
For Immediate Release
Campfire Publishing is proud to announce the release of After Dark, Volume 2, the latest installment in its acclaimed horror anthology series that provides readers with a bold reimagining of Vampire and Werewolf traditions that enthusiasts will love.
After Dark, Volume 2 pushes further into the abyss and combines historical fiction, fantasy, post-modernism, and much more into chilling and new visions of two beloved horror classics. The first volume introduced readers to the series’ chilling tone; volume two narrows that lens and features a diverse lineup of authors, from new voices to those who are well-seasoned, this second volume embraces psychological unease and visceral fear alike.
Looking to publish late January 2026, After Dark Volume 2 embraces the mission of Campfire Publishing to entertain their readers with engaging and unique short stories, sometimes novella-length, in contexts that highlight their favorite horror niche or trope while offering a diverse group of artists a platform to be that places focus on strong story-telling, originality, and growth as an artist over social media following and previous accolades.
After Dark, Volume 2 will be available in paperback and eBook formats on Amazon and with select retailers beginning January 27th.

My story is “The Wolf’s Flock,” a reprint about a well born youth who is a werewolf and decides to embark on the Children’s Crusade to become God’s werewolf.
Totally fine! It's your space to write what you want. I enjoy genre anthologies as they give me the opportunity to experience new (to me) authors as well as authors I regularly look out for. Congratulations on placing a new story!
